Chat Monitors, referred to as CM's, are your hosts at the online bingo sites and are always on hand in the chat rooms, so remember to ask any questions before you start playing. They're always helpful and friendly and, if you're feeling shy you can ask them questions in private.

- CMs are required to use CAPITAL letters as it helps players to see instructions
- Choose your user name wisely (keep it in good taste)
- No racial, ethnic or sexual slurs

- Don't harassment or be disrespectful others in the chat room
- Don't promote other sites in the chat rooms
- No offensive language
