English Odds / Fractional Odds
The fraction that is applied to your stake to calculate your winnings (if you win you also
get your inital bet back).
US Odds
A '+' number is the amount you win for a $100 stake. A '-' number this the amount you bet to win $100.
European Odds / Decimal Odds
The multiple of your total return including the inital stake.
